How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

How long does delivery take?

All parcels are sent with NZ Post Couriers. Delivery within New Zealand is typically 1–3 working days, although rural addresses may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping within New Zealand:

• Urban: $9.50

• Rural: $15.00

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available within New Zealand only.

Do delivery times change during busy periods?

Occasionally dispatch and delivery may take a little longer during busy seasons (such as Christmas), but we’ll always send your order as quickly as possible.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes - contactless collection is available by arrangement from Forrest Hill, Auckland.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.

As each item is handmade, we can't accept returns for change of mind on custom-made orders.

If your item arrives damaged, has a fault in workmanship, or you've received the wrong item, we'll work with you to make it right. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.

Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Simply enter their shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift message, just leave a note with your order.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! I'd love to help create something special. If you have a particular fabric, size or design in mind, please get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Which eReaders do the sleeves fit?

The First Edition eReader Sleeves are available in two sizes to fit most popular eReaders, including Kindle, Kobo and other 6–7" devices, as well as larger models such as the Kobo Elipsa 2E and Kindle Scribe. If you're unsure which size you need, just get in touch.

Can you make a custom size?

Yes! If your device isn't listed, I'd be happy to make a custom-sized sleeve. Just send me your device model or dimensions before ordering.

What size Book Jacket do I need?

Choose the size closest to your book’s height. The flexible design allows the cover to fit a range of book thicknesses. Check the size guide or get in touch if you’re unsure.

Are Book Jackets washable?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning or cold hand washing, then air drying to keep your Book Jacket looking its best.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Every item is individually handmade, so fabric placement may vary slightly from the product photos. This means your piece is truly one of a kind while still featuring the same beautiful fabric and careful craftsmanship.
