All items are handmade with care in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Measurements may vary slightly

Products are intended for personal use only.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors if they occur.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing errors

  • Product availability issues

If this occurs, a full refund will be provided.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

Additional costs may apply if parcels need to be resent.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will happily assist if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a fault in workmanship

  • You received the wrong item

Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
