Shipping & Collection

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

All parcels are sent with NZ Post. Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 1–3 working days, although rural addresses may take a little longer.

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Rates:

• Urban: $9.50 flat rate

• Rural: $15.00 flat rate

Local Collection
Contactless collection is also available by arrangement from Forrest Hill, Auckland.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.

As each item is handmade, we can't accept returns for change of mind on custom-made orders.

If your item arrives damaged, has a fault in workmanship, or you've received the wrong item, we'll work with you to make it right. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.

Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.
